Top Rated Dentist in Fulham SW6
A family dental clinic with a modern touch and a gentle approach. Dental care on Munster Road, Fulham SW6.
Welcome to Pearly Whites
We’re a family-owned dental practice based on Munster Road in Fulham SW6, built on a simple belief: we should treat every patient the way we’d treat our own family.
Previously known as Perfect Smile Fulham, the practice was acquired in 2025 and transformed by Dr. Lia Melconian alongside Managing Director Grant Goodstein, who rebuilt it around clinical skill combined with genuine warmth. We listen carefully, explain clearly, and tailor every treatment to the individual sitting in our chair.
We look after patients who live and work across Fulham, Parsons Green, Chelsea, and Hammersmith, many staying with us for years because they trust both the quality of care and the people delivering it.
Whether you need check-ups, hygiene appointments with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), to Invisalign, dental implants, and facial aesthetics, you’ll find thoughtful, high-quality treatment in a modern, welcoming space that feels more like a calm refuge than a typical dental practice.
New Patient Offer: Comprehensive Dental Exam for £49
Your first visit includes a full dental check-up, assessment of teeth and gums, discussion of any concerns, and a clear treatment plan. Usually £79, now £49 for new patients.

Nervous About Going to the Dentist?
You’re not alone, and you’re genuinely welcome here
Dental anxiety is more common than you might think. Whether it stems from a difficult past experience, fear of pain, or simply feeling vulnerable in the chair, we understand that visiting the dentist can feel overwhelming.
Dr. Lia is well known for making anxious patients feel at ease, it’s one of the things patients mention most often in their reviews. She works differently with nervous patients: taking time to listen, explaining everything before doing it, and moving at your pace, not ours.
