PearlyPlan: Dental Membership in Fulham

PearlyPlan is £29.50 a month with two GBT hygiene visits a year, around 15% less than paying for your exams and hygiene one by one. For three hygiene visits a year it’s £38.50 a month, and for four it’s £47.50 a month. Every plan includes two exams, an annual 3D iTero scan, routine X-rays when needed, member discounts and our emergency guarantee.

No. On any treatment you can either use your PearlyPlan member saving or spread the cost with 0% finance, but not both. We’ll help you work out which suits you best.

Existing patients can join at their next visit. New patients start with a new patient exam (£49). Your member discount applies from the day you join, including to any treatment you need straight away.

From 5% to 25% off private treatment, depending on the treatment. Our fees page shows the member discount on each one.

There’s no member discount on the new patient exam, the emergency appointment fee, extra hygiene visits, full-arch implants (such as All-on-X), consultations, laboratory fees, prescriptions, sedation, specialist referrals or advanced imaging such as OPG and CT scans.

No. Member discounts apply to payments by debit or credit card, and can’t be combined with finance such as Tabeo or with other offers.

Yes. If you’d like something different, such as your dental plan and facial aesthetics together, drop us a line and we’ll build a plan around you.

Twelve months from the day you join, renewing automatically each year. You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund if you haven’t used any of your benefits.

Yes, with 30 days’ written notice. If you leave part-way through your membership year, we compare the value of what you’ve used, at our standard prices, with what you’ve paid. If you’ve used more, you pay the difference, up to the fees left for that year. If you give notice to leave at your renewal date, there’s nothing to pay.

Please give us 48 hours’ notice to move an appointment. If you miss one or cancel late, it counts as used, but you can reinstate it for £50, up to twice a year.

No. Your benefits run for each membership year, so book your exams and hygiene visits in good time.

Call us, and if it’s a dental emergency we’ll offer you an appointment the same or the next working day. The emergency appointment fee (£99) still applies, and any treatment is charged at your member discount. If we can’t see you within that time, you’ll get 50% off the emergency appointment fee.

If you’re pregnant or have a serious medical reason, you can freeze your membership for up to 12 months. Payments and benefits pause, and pick up again when you return.

We review our plans from time to time. If your monthly fee is changing, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your renewal date, and you can choose to leave at renewal instead.

We’ll always try to book you with your preferred clinician, but your membership covers care from any of our qualified clinicians.
