Recognition and Awards

In 2025 we took over the practice on Munster Road, then called Perfect Smile Fulham, and set about rebuilding it around one simple idea: looking after people the way we’d want our own family looked after.

So it means a great deal that, in 2026, Pearly Whites is a finalist for Practice of the Year at the Private Dentistry Awards, and shortlisted for Practice of the Year at The Dental Awards. We’re also a finalist for Most Improved Practice, which feels like recognition for everyone who has been part of that change.

Two of the nominations we’re proudest of are about the people we look after: Patient Care, and Treatment of Nervous Patients.

Many of our patients hadn’t been to a dentist in years when they first came to us. Taking our time, explaining every step and going at their pace is at the heart of how we work, and you can read more about our care for nervous patients.

None of it happens without the team, and being a finalist for Team of the Year belongs to every one of them, from the dentists and hygienists to the people who greet you at the door.

We wanted the practice to feel calm and welcoming rather than clinical, from the colours to the art on the walls, so we were delighted to be a finalist for Practice Brand and Design of the Year too.

Dr Lia Melconian, our Founder and Principal Dentist, is a finalist for Young Dentist of the Year at the Private Dentistry Awards and shortlisted for Young Dentist of the Year at The Dental Awards.

Grant Goodstein, our Managing Director, is shortlisted for Front of House of the Year at The Dental Awards, for his work on making every visit feel easy, from booking to the moment you leave.

The Private Dentistry Awards winners are announced on 20 November 2026 at Grosvenor House in London. Whatever happens on the night, thank you to every patient who has trusted us with their care, and to our wonderful team.
